By booking with Hello S.R.L., you agree to pay the full amount to confirm the reservation, including the tourist tax. A valid ID must be provided before check-in for registration with the Italian authorities. Cancellations must be made within the specified terms; otherwise, the full amount may be charged. We are not responsible for damage to personal belongings or accidents during your stay. Any damage to the property will be charged to the guest.
